Reckless Shafer Driver hit passenger bus on the way back from Lincoln tunnel on 6/22 NY plate 47089 PC. Extremely dangerous. Do not rise Shafer if you want to feel safe.

Did a NYC Day Trip last weekend on one of their brand new buses. Dennis, our driver, was great. Super friendly and outgoing. WiFi and outlets didn't work, which was strange for a brand new bus. Couldn't charge my phone which really sucked. Would have rated lower because of this issue but the great driver bumped up the rating. Bus was spotless obviously as it was brand new. Would recommend to others.
I had such a wonderful experience with Shafer's Charter Bus service. My group and I took a trip down to New York City and we had no trouble and got there on time. The ride itself was smooth and felt like I was traveling on an airplane. I highly recommend Betuel. He is a wonderful man, very friendly, and really knows how to drive.
