I just expressed my concerns over your ridiculous rate increase. I have been with you storage company for more than four years I have had two rate increases in less than a year. This second one is an 8% increase. The lady I talked to said that corporate wants to incorporate rate increases every six months. With that being said I would like to have the number or address for this corporate so I can express my displeasure with your company. I know the person I just talked to could care less if I leave or not. I know this from the way she talked to me and by the time it took for her to call me back. I left a message on their phone at 8:45 this morning. I did not receive a phone call back until 3:30 pm. Maybe I do need to start looking for another place to store my camper. A place that appreciates and respects me as a loyal customer. Please forward me the info that I requested so I can express my concerns to Corporate. If you want constant rate increases with no justification, than this is your place.

Blamed a broken door spring on my wife and I and will not return our deposit. Per the agreement that was signed when we first tool receipt, the lock had to be returned as well as the storage unit cleaned out. Normal wear and tear on the door was not disclosed- not doing business there anymore.
