This place is without a doubt the best experience I've ever had with an auto mechanic. Having just moved in the area from out of state, a quality, honest, mechanic shop was on my to-find list. I worked with Doug who was extremely communicative and friendly throughout my long transmission issue process. Even though the repair took around two weeks as my transmission needed extensive work, I didn't mind since Precision provided a loaner car and Doug constantly kept me notified of the progress. Incredible experience!
Caleb did a great job today with my inspection and oil change! He even helped me by letting me know what fluids and brakes needed changed next!
These guys were great! Very efficient, very helpful, and incredibly friendly! I could really tell they wanted me to leave a happy customer and not just a paying customer, like other shops. The mechanic, Caleb, was also very helpful. He brought me to my car and explained any concerns he had, and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend.
